Great host. Interesting, informative content every episode. I gulp these down as fast as they come out. The creators actually package interesting economic information into interesting stories that make you see the world around you differently and with more insight.

Entertaining and Informative
PJ Vogt has been a favorite of mine for many years. In Search Engine he is as engaging as ever, answering questions of varying complexity, but consistently interesting.

Absolutely intriguing
This podcast really suits my appetite for knowledge. Every episode turns me onto something that was unfamiliar to me. PJ is exceptional. I love the theme music!

Delightful Informative Storytelling
Oh, how I miss the golden days of podcasting. PJās search engine is an unexpected fresh breath of air from those days of old. With real effort in storytelling and truth telling, it gives me a sense of delight that has been missing in podcasting.
I do have 2 critiques:
1: I donāt have the time for more content, so the darker part of my brain wonāt allow me to get incognito mode. Yes, I think this makes me a bad person, but Iām human.
2: The ads are not as charming as they used to be in that golden age. They are on par with all my other shows, but I miss those mattress, cereal, and therapy ads.
Thanks for the best new show during times where these shows are nearly impossible.

Very informative and enteraining!
I found this podcast through a friend recommending the Micro-dosing Vegan episode. TBH, I very rarely listen to podcasts because Iām not a fan of people talking over each other or feeling like Iām listening to a conversation that I canāt join in. But this is not that! Itās very well produced and the guests are super interesting. I feel PJ adds in the right amount of commentary and clips to keep it entertaining and informative. I will definitely be coming back for new episodes and Iām working my way back through previous ones now. Great work, thanks!

Everyone should be listening!
Pj is one of the best reporters in podcasting. This show is inquisitive and honest, funny and thought provoking. Iāve never listened to a podcast on release day until this one. I canāt wait to listen when a new one drops.

Love Search Engine!
I finally figured out how to rate the podcast! I was attempting to do it through the Incognito Mode show page, which proves how much I love it. The episode content is thought provoking and interesting to listen to, and I really enjoy PJās rapport with the guests he interviews! This is the first podcast Iāve enjoyed enough to subscribe to, and I look forward to its continued success!

Awesome Show.
Thoroughly enjoyed your show on inflation. As a student of economics I often find that many individuals I encounter have a very weak grasp of the most basic economic topics. Inflation is high on the list. Youāve done a great job of delivering a conversation of this topic that is not overly vague or profoundly complex. I will be forwarding this show to everyone I know.

Always worth it
I mainly listen to pods because Iām interested in a topic. Search Engine is one of the rare things I consume where Iām happy to listen on topics j donāt know or usually donāt care much about. Itās an interesting and curious exploration into all kinds of things in a way that feels good.

Love this show so much!
Entertaining that also makes me think a bit, Iāve learned quite a bit about the world that I would not see from my perspective, without overly being stressed out or preached at.

PJ is Great
I donāt care at all about German techno music but somehow PJ makes this two part story fascinating. He does this with all of his stories. I donāt know how he does it but he has a magic touch. Donāt miss a single episode.

Love the depth of reporting and topics
This podcast always makes me think and connects what sometimes seems like a dumb/simple question to a broader thought provoking reporting. Itās one of the only podcasts that I look forward to listen to each week and download consistently.

Learning while Laughing
This has been one of my favorite podcasts that Iāve ever listened to! The combination of humor, anecdotes, and research is perfectly in the sweet spot that makes you feel like youāre talking to an educated friend, instead of a professor or rando on the internet. If youāre a fan of easy listening that could still challenge views you have about the world, then this is the podcast for you!

Really real
Of course there is the content, the information that soothes my educated brain.
And then there is PJ, who is dancing in there with the info and being real - having anxiety, or listening fatigue at the Bitcoin Conference or wildly laughing at something that strikes him hilarious. There is also the showmanship of the professional tease before the ads.
